Let Arapahoe/Douglas Works! help find the best job for you!
Arapahoe/Douglas Works! Workforce Centers offer a wide range of support for your job search; all of our services are delivered to you at no cost. While some services are available only to those individuals who have particular needs, many are available without preconditions.

Arapahoe/Douglas Works! Core Services are available to any registered adult. Core services include access to Resource Centers, Informational Resources, and General Workshops. Specific examples include job referrals, job announcements, newspaper listings, computer resources, fax and copy machines, interviewing and resume workshops, and information handouts.

Intensive Services are those that require assistance from our staff, and include assessment and counseling, case management, career guidance, and other more extensive workshops. These services must be scheduled in advance, and are available only to those who have previously utilized at least one core service.

For those who are determined eligible, Arapahoe/Douglas Works! offers a variety of Training Services; these may include Training Accounts and Vouchers, On-the-Job Training, Customized Training and other occupational training. Arapahoe/Douglas Works! maintains a main resource centers in the Denver Tech Center, and a satellite office in Castle Rock which are available to all registered job seekers. For more information visit our Contact page.

Your first step toward getting started with Arapahoe/Douglas Works! is registering with us; you can use the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment Registration System or stop by one of our locations to register; then you’ll be able to make use of all the resources available to you.
