Training and Education

Whether you’re considering a new career, or looking to upgrade your skills within your current occupational field, or looking to get your high school degree (GED), training and education are essential.

At Arapahoe/Douglas Works!, we have the most up-to-date information on available training and educational programs, as well as options for financial aid that can help to support you as you are getting your new skills.

WIA Program

No Cost Workshops
Arapahoe/Douglas Works! offers general workshops for all registered users; topics range from resume writing to networking. In addition, we offer specialty workshops for people with particular interests and skills. For more details checkout our job seekers page.

General Education
If you are interested in getting back in school or preparing for the high school equivalency test (GED), Arapahoe/Douglas Works! can help; we have programs that serve both Youth and Adults interested in continuing their education in our in house Learning Labs or you can download our Alternative Education Resource Guide.
