Arapahoe/Douglas Works! is now offering Competitive Edge Employee Development (CEED) Funds!

Competitive Edge Employee Development (CEED) Funds are designed to support local businesses and non-profit organizations in Arapahoe and Douglas Counties. This grant aims to empower organizations by offering training opportunities for currently employed employees. Whether you’re looking to prevent potential layoffs or elevate the skills of your staff for career advancement, this grant is here to assist you! Participating employers have the flexibility to select training programs that align with the specific needs of their company and workforce. Pre-Award Applications open Thursday, January 2, 2025 and will close Friday, January 17, 205 at 5:00 p.m. MST.

• Thursday, January 9, 2025 – 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, January 14, 2025 – 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

For those employers unable to attend either live session, a recording will be posted to the Arapahoe/Douglas Works! website on January 6, 2025. The recording will be available until 5:00 p.m. MST on Friday, January 17, 2025.
