Financial Education Workshop Series

May 10 11:00 AM - May 10 12:00 PM

Arapahoe/Douglas Works!, in partnership with Capital One Café, will host a 3-part financial education workshop series.

These no-cost workshops will be led by Café Ambassadors and will help you increase your understanding of money management, savings, and credit.

  • May 10, 2023: Money Basics: We’ll focus on setting money goals, good spending habits, and how to achieve financial success.
  • May 17, 2023: Building Your Savings: Costs add up fast, and building your savings can seem like a pipe dream. But small changes now can yield big benefits later. In this course, we’ll discuss the basics of savings and how to get started with meaningful progress toward a brighter financial future. Register at https://bit.ly/3AgQJuY.
  • May 24, 2023: How to Check Your Credit Report: Your credit score is a key part of your financial health, and it’s important to understand what impacts it. In this course, we’ll explain the difference between a credit report and credit score, show you where you can find your credit report, and discuss the factors that affect your credit score. Register at https://bit.ly/43Qcjnx.

Capital One branded swag will be available for everyone who participates in the series.
