Gain Agile Leadership Skills & Strategic Decision Making Tactics with Holly Woods

Aug 24 10:00 AM - Aug 24 11:30 AM

Topic: Managing a Business

Facilitator: Holly Woods from the Emergence institute, where purpose becomes innovation

Learning Objectives:

● Explore the 4 reasons that an agile leadership approach will help you create a more stable and resilient business to lead your business into the future

● Learn the 5 key principles to gain an agile mindset

● Discover 4 ways to use strategic decision-making to shape your future

Abstract: In order to live purposeful lives and build businesses that not only create meaning but provide sustainable income and create impact, entrepreneurs need to brace for both the complexity and uncertainty that is becoming the status quo. This means they will need to lead their companies into the future using next-stage leadership skills such as the paradoxical combination of agility and strategy. This inspiring conversation pulls from Holly’s 30-plus years as a scientist, human development coach & mentor, and 3 decades in building and scaling business and products. These experiences led to a proven framework to help entrepreneurs and visionaries uncover their nuanced purpose to create lives of meaning and viable products and business rooted in their unique purpose that make a difference in the world.

This class is made possible by a generous grant from the State of Colorado American Rescue Plan Act.
