RLC Community Academy: Mental Health and Wellness
The Resident Leadership Council is hosting a Community Academy focused on ensuring the safety and prosperity of our community members. This event will cover essential themes such as:
- Understanding Mental Health
- Emotional Intelligence and Resilience
- Healthy Relationships and Communication
