Self-Care with AllHealth

Apr 18 09:00 AM - Apr 18 10:00 AM

Boundaries are a form of self-care—they protect us physically and emotionally. Many of us feel guilty when prioritizing our needs, setting boundaries, and practicing self-care. In this training, participants will be guided in identifying ways they personally practice self-care, and diving into our personal boundaries to identify what self-care practices work for us right now.
