Career Connections is free and open to everyone! Southwest wants your hiring process to be as transparent as possible. The team will take you behind the curtain to learn about upcoming career opportunities, what Southwest looks for in candidates, and how to best prepare for Southwest’s hiring process. After the presentation, Recruiters will be happy to answer any questions.
