Talent Finance Primer (Colorado Innovative Finance Community of Practice)

The Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC( is offering a series of virtual workshops on Talent Finance tools. These tools leverage public-private partnerships and align incentives to ensure broader access to workforce training, aiming to address inequities in Colorado’s labor market.

Participants will understand Talent Finance tools and their benefits to l/earners and employers. Participants will also learn about workforce examples of outcomes-based finance, Lifelong Learning Accounts (aka Skills Savings Accounts), and Earn & Learn. Finally, participants will be notified of upcoming Talent Finance opportunities in Colorado and nationwide.

This workshop is intended for anyone within the TalentFOUND Network, local/regional/state workforce professionals/board members, and the Sector Partnership Network. Industry collaboratives, CBOs, training providers, and educational institutions are also welcome.
