The support these programs provide is especially critical for individuals that have been historically underrepresented in both apprenticeship and specific occupations—women in construction and manufacturing, people of color in tech, etc. We will dig into elements of quality programs, explore best practices for designing and implementing pre-apprenticeship, and look at real-world pre-apprenticeship models that serve different populations.
