
Colorado Works (TANF)
If you are receiving basic cash assistance benefits through the Arapahoe County or Douglas County Colorado Works programs, you may be eligible for specific employment training and supportive services.
Participants of this program may receive job search support, approved training assistance or subsidized on-the-job work experience.
As part of the continued eligibility requirements of this program, participants must engage in a minimum number of hours per month in program activities to maintain monthly income support and supportive services.

Workforce Development Orientation
Workforce Development Orientations are scheduled with Colorado Works program participants that are referred to Arapahoe/Douglas Works! by Arapahoe County and Douglas County Departments of Human Services. At this time orientation sessions at Arapahoe/Douglas Works! are held remotely by phone. In-person appointments at an A/D Works! office can be requested on a case by case basis. Please let your Workforce Specialist know if you would like to schedule in-person meeting.

All participants must be registered with Connecting Colorado in order to receive workforce development supportive services through Arapahoe/Douglas Works!. Please register with Connecting Colorado prior to your orientation date at connectingcolorado.com
