Skills-First, Impact Always
The Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC) recognizes local workforce development boards as high performing when they meet a series of key performance indicators. These indicators include board member diversity, active engagement on local boards and in their communities, and the successful achievement of strategic goals. The Arapahoe/Douglas Workforce Development Board was honored as a High Performing Board for Program Year 2024.
The board also received a Certificate of Recognition for its leadership and contributions to the Skills-First Local Workforce Board Challenge in Colorado, highlighting its commitment to building a workforce system that prioritizes skills, equity, and opportunity for all.
A huge thank you to our dedicated board members and the incredible A/D Works! staff, this achievement would not be possible without your passion, innovation, and hard work. Your efforts are making a real difference in the lives of job seekers, workers, and businesses across our region.
