Journaling with AllHealth

Sep 19 09:00 AM - Sep 19 10:00 AM

Journaling is not just an activity we use to reflect on our day, it can also be a practice we use to help us dive deeper into our experiences and feelings. Journaling has incredible mental health benefits and can be a useful tool for coping with difficult things. During this presentation, we will explore different ways we can journal and spend some time writing on our own.
