Rewire Your Brain with AllHealth

Jul 18 09:00 AM - Jul 18 10:00 AM

Hardly ever in life do we only feel one thing at a time. Often, we come across situations that are both sad and joyous. Times that feel both celebratory and heavy. It’s ok to acknowledge both sides of the coin. Actually, it’s best if we do.  This wellness hour will help us learn to reframe the position we are in to better understand ourselves and those around us.
