Disrupting Ageism (Virtual)
Ageism is an unfortunate barrier that we face in the workforce. Sometimes this barrier is built by employers and sometimes we build it ourselves by saying that we are over or under qualified for a job. In this workshop, we learn to identify and prevent ageist self-talk, and develop career-enhancing skills that communicate self-confidence, value teamwork, and support collaboration across age groups.
